Terms of Use

WeDual Duo is operated by Changsha Eedon Technology Co., Ltd., located in Changsha, Hunan, China. These Terms cover Duo, the website, and related licensing services. Historical purchases relevant to moving to Duo are addressed in the historical-entitlement section.

By visiting the website, downloading or using WeDual Duo, starting a purchase, or activating a license, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not continue the relevant action.

You must have full legal capacity and authority to enter these Terms. If you use or purchase WeDual Duo for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

Minors must involve a guardian and obtain any required consent. Nothing here removes additional protection that applicable law gives to minors.

Duo provides Mac workspaces, original-app launching, website shortcuts, native app clones, website clones, and app uninstall.

Duo license expiry, refund, revocation, or device release never automatically deletes workspaces, clone profiles, website data, or other local data. Existing clones remain visible and deletable, and app and website clones remain creatable; clone launches, app-clone editing and updates, and app uninstall follow the current paid entitlement or local trial state.

Before creating a native app clone, you must also read and accept the App Cloning Agreement, which supplements these Terms for app cloning. Duo only provides local app cloning; third-party accounts remain subject to their respective platform rules.

• Duo free features and trial: create unlimited workspaces, app clones, and website clones, use original apps and regular website shortcuts, and edit website clones. On first launch of Duo, one continuous local 7-day full-feature trial starts automatically without a separate pre-trial prompt; it unlocks clone launches, app-clone editing and updates, and app uninstall.
• Duo lifetime license: launch app and website clones without limits, and edit and update app clones.
• Duo lifetime license: inspect and uninstall apps and selected related data.

For Duo, Changsha Eedon Technology Co., Ltd. grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal organizational use. Website and Mac App Store entitlements are not interchangeable.

A lifetime license means continued use of the purchased Duo license entitlement within these Terms, system compatibility, and service-availability boundaries. It does not promise perpetual third-party compatibility or include every future major version, separate product, or separately priced service.

We may also grant complimentary Duo lifetime licenses. A grant is not a payment, has no paid amount to refund, and follows these Terms on device limits and use. It is not an automatic exchange of App Store entitlements and does not cancel an existing subscription; grant records are kept separately. Duplicate or erroneous grants, fraud, or serious violations may be corrected or revoked as appropriate, with support available for inquiries.

A Duo lifetime license is charged once and does not auto-renew. Current prices, currency, and offers are displayed on the website and payment confirmation page. If a price changes, the final amount shown before you confirm payment applies.

Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record for website transactions and handles hosted checkout, payment, tax, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes. The WeDual Duo website does not receive complete card or WeChat payment credentials.

The final amount, currency, and applicable tax appear before payment. After successful payment, the purchase receipt and license information go to the purchase email.

Moving to Duo does not change how historical App Store transactions are handled. Earlier versions offered monthly and annual subscriptions that automatically renew, and lifetime purchases. Apple continues to handle their billing, subscription management, cancellation, and refunds under its rules.

Moving to Duo, uninstalling an older app, or receiving a complimentary Duo license does not mean a historical subscription has been canceled. Check its status in your Apple Account subscription settings and cancel if needed. Renewal, expiry, and refunds follow the information shown by Apple.

Contact support@eedon.cn about historical entitlements when moving to Duo. These Terms do not remove rights attached to historical transactions under applicable law. Paid access in earlier versions still depends on transaction status confirmed by Apple. Duo licenses and App Store purchases are not interchangeable; any separate complimentary Duo license is managed through its grant record.

One purchased or complimentary Duo lifetime license can activate up to three Macs. You can release an activated device before activating another Mac. Device information is not tied to a hardware serial number.

Keep license codes and email links secure. Refresh and offline grace verify the purchase and enforce the device limit; they are not cloud sync or an account service.

• The online license credential refreshes every 7 days.
• A previously verified device has up to a 30-day offline grace period when the service is unreachable.
• After the grace period, revocation, or failed verification, any remaining local 7-day trial continues to apply. Once that trial ends, clone launches, app-clone editing and updates, and app uninstall require a Duo license. Clone creation remains available, and local data is not automatically deleted.
• Do not publicly share, sell, rent, or bulk-resell a license code or bypass device and security limits.

You may request a full refund for Duo lifetime licenses within seven calendar days after purchase by emailing support@eedon.cn. There is no additional condition that the license remain unactivated or unused. Provide the purchase email and enough information to locate the order.

Waffo processes the refund to the original payment route under payment-network rules; arrival time depends on the payment provider. After a successful refund, the website license is revoked. Activated devices lose paid Duo access after the next online check or offline grace period; any unfinished local 7-day trial remains usable, after which clone launches, app-clone editing and updates, and app uninstall require a Duo license. Clone creation remains available, without automatic deletion of local data.

Requests after seven days remain subject to mandatory consumer law and case-specific circumstances such as duplicate charges, fraud, or failure to deliver. Support will not request complete payment credentials or a payment password.

You must have permission to use, copy, organize, clone, or remove the selected apps, websites, accounts, and data, and you are responsible for independent backups before deletion.

You must not use WeDual Duo to harm the service, third parties, or other users, including the following conduct.

• Violating law, third-party licenses, platform rules, intellectual property, or privacy rights.
• Bypassing licensing, device limits, security measures, or local-component security restrictions.
• Sharing, reselling, or renting license codes or device-management and recovery links.
• Sending malicious requests, interfering, automated probing, scraping, fraud, or unauthorized access.
• Using WeDual Duo for account abuse, data destruction, or other infringement of third-party rights.

Third-party app structure, signing, security policy, and updates may affect clone compatibility. WeDual Duo does not guarantee that every app can be cloned or that compatibility will remain after every third-party update.

We use reasonable efforts to maintain our software and entitlement services, but networks, operating systems, third-party apps, and services may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Duo checks for stable updates every 24 hours by default; you can disable automatic checks or check manually. Installation requires confirmation and is neither silent nor forced.

Removing a workspace entry or workspace removes only its organization links, not the clone or sign-in data. Deleting a clone from the Clone Library performs the corresponding file or website-storage cleanup. Duo app uninstall presents selectable items first, then permanently deletes confirmed items without a Move to Trash recovery option.

Maintain independent backups of important data. WeDual Duo is not responsible for restoring data deliberately deleted by the user or damaged or removed by a third-party app or website, except where law provides otherwise.

License expiry, device release, suspension, termination, refund, or revocation does not automatically delete local data. The Privacy Policy explains handling and deletion of personal information.

Duo keeps its own workspaces and website sign-in data. Adopting an old native app clone reuses its original files and data rather than creating a backup. Deleting it in Duo processes those original files and data under the confirmed deletion flow. Historical records from earlier versions are not synchronized, and old workspaces and website sessions are not automatically imported.

Intellectual property in WeDual Duo software, the website, trademarks, interfaces, documentation, and original content belongs to Changsha Eedon Technology Co., Ltd. or the relevant owner. A software license does not transfer ownership.

Third-party apps, websites, trademarks, and content belong to their respective owners. Except where law expressly permits, you may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative products without permission.

Apple, Waffo Pancake, Cloudflare, Resend, Vercel, third-party apps, and websites are operated by their respective providers and subject to their terms and privacy policies. Cloudflare also distributes software update files for the website version. Links are for convenience and do not mean that we control all third-party content or availability.

Waffo handles Duo website payment and refunds as Merchant of Record. Third-party issues may also need to follow provider rules, and we will offer reasonable assistance within our responsibilities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WeDual Duo is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, fitness for every specific purpose, or perpetual compatibility with every third-party app.

These Terms do not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights or liability for fraud, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, personal injury, or any other liability that law does not permit us to limit.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by network interruption, force majeure, third-party services, or improper user conduct.

For direct loss that applicable law permits us to limit, the cumulative liability cap of Changsha Eedon Technology Co., Ltd. is the actual amount paid for the relevant WeDual Duo paid service during the 12 months before the claim.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited. If applicable law gives you greater protection, that law controls.

When we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, threatened service security, or infringed another person, we may take proportionate measures such as limiting license refresh, blocking malicious requests, suspending relevant access, preserving necessary logs and evidence, and requiring the conduct to stop.

We may report suspected crime or serious security risk to a competent authority and cooperate with lawful investigations. If your conduct causes loss to Changsha Eedon Technology Co., Ltd., users, or third parties, you may be responsible for compensation and other legal consequences.

Refunds or termination for serious violations revoke the relevant Duo license. These changes do not automatically delete local data or remove remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms when products, providers, or legal requirements change and will show a new updated date. Material changes will receive additional reasonable notice and will not retroactively reduce rights that completed purchases have under law.

If part of these Terms is invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, information shown before payment, and applicable Apple or Waffo rules form the complete agreement for the relevant service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through support@eedon.cn. If no agreement is reached, a claim may be brought before the courts with jurisdiction in Changsha, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
